I started going on service calls with my Dad when I was 9 years old. I've always had a natural ability to take things apart and put them back together. I attended TCC's course on Appliance Repair, Whirlpool Factory School, and various manufacturer training classes.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I care about my customers. I want to do a good job.
